In this episode Taylor discusses the importance of BELIEVING what you are creating rather than only imagining it with your mind. Your brain will rewire your subconscious as a natural result of imagining and believing what is possible and what you want in your life.

Crew, what's up? Welcome to a Daily Mind Medicine. Hope you're doing fantastic. If you're enjoying this, leave us a review, share it with somebody that you care about, and let's dive in.

I was reading this morning, one of the authors that I'm reading through some of their books, Elizabeth Enloe says, don't just believe hard, don't just work hard, believe hard.

And I was kind of wrestling with this idea of the differences between planning and believing, planning and believing. Now, I don't want to get too weird on you, but I do think that this is super important.

And if you let it, it could change the way you accomplish goals and change the way that you tackle the big things in your life that you want to tackle.

First and foremost, the mind doesn't necessarily differentiate things that are really happening to it versus things that vi your, visualizing your imagination.

And so I was challenged recently by a friend, how much time per day are you spending visualizing your goals, imagining your goals happening versus reverse engineering them?

And I was, at first I was like, isn't that the same thing, right? He's like, no, this are not the same things.

They're wildly different. One is the mathematician side of your brain, and the other is the soul of your brain. It's like the, the part of your brain that, that rewires and rewrites your subconscious.

Don't just work hard, believe hard. How do you go from working to believing? Part of it is believing comes from seeking and visioning and imagining in your mind, you switch from the work mode to let me allow this to happen.

We believe for this to happen in my business or my career, whatever. And, and again, like I, I know that there are tons of people who listen to this, who are like, all about this.

And then there are those of you who are like, yo, what are you talking about? Like, just tell me how to do a better morning routine or whatever.

I promise this will change how you think. If you spend 10, 15, 20 minutes a day visualizing, like, actually, if you want, if you're, if one of your goals is to buy a house or to build a house, if you can spend 10, 15, 20 minutes a day actually imagining what does your house smell like when you walk in the front door?

How big is it? Where is it in town? What does it look like? What's your office look like in your home?

What's the, what's the living room look like? Do you have a pool? Do you not have a pool? If, if your goal is to buy a private plane, spend 10, 15, 20 minutes a day picturing in your minds driving up to the airport, getting outta your car, walking into your private plane, and what does it smell like when you walk on the plane?

What does it sound like? What is the air conditioner on or off? Like, is it loud? Is it quiet? Putting these things into your mind's eye, you are only limited by what you can imagine to be possible if you want to make the switch from working to believing, working And making things happen, to allowing things to happen.

This is one of the secrets to doing that is visualization. Everybody that I look up to, they don't always talk about it, but when I get 'em in a room and I ask 'em questions, they without fault, without fail to a tee, they all have some sort of practice of picturing the things that they want to achieve and taking it from the head to the heart, which is mastering the believability element of what they're trying to achieve.

Hope this helps. I'll see you guys tomorrow.
