Size is not a target, it is a byproduct

I have zero ego in making something big.

Jesus started with 12.

Not a thousand.

Not a hundred thousand.

The tried and true path to BIG impact = a small core.

What is small, eventually, becomes big IF it deserves to become big.

Across the internet today you’ll see people bragging about how many attendees they have.

How much revenue they’re doing.

How “big” everything is.

Sometimes I enjoy it, because I am like you.

I get inspired when I see a master at their craft… people tend to gather around what is exceptional.

But what I have right now… what I’m building right now, I refuse to tarnish by making it too big too soon.

Slow & steady is the best kept secret to the top.

Don’t despise your small beginnings.

Everyone starts with a room.

One room.

And a person.

One person.
